Jack was born in Vacaville, Ca. on May 15, 1944 to Vicie and Ralph Hopper. He attended Vacaville High School. Jack worked as a Construction Superintendent upon retirement, was an avid outdoorsmen and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Jacqueline “Jackie” and 5 siblings. Jack is survived by his children; Lori, Bill, Tim, Angela and Amy, his siblings; Billie, Jerry, Ralph “Doyle” and Jonni, his grandchildren; Michael, Matthew, Jaclyn, Timothy, Alyssa, Noah and Aiden and great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, September 2 at 1:00pm at Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery with a gathering of family and friends to follow at Andrews Park.
