He was a lifelong resident of Scott County and a member of the Gate City United Methodist Church. St. Martin was a member of the Elks Club and a charter member of the Gate City Civitan Club. He was a retired supervisor in the Cellulose Esters Division at the Tennessee Eastman Co. and was the son of the late E.V. and ALTA M. ST. MARTIN.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. ELOISE FLANARY ST. MARTIN; three brothers, JACK N. ST. MARTIN, Gate City, EDWARD V. ST. MARTIN, Knoxville, and T. R. ST. MARTIN, Kingsport; several nieces and nephews.
Gate City Funeral Home is in charge.
