Sharon Farmer, 71, of Douglasville, GA. passed away August 31, 2015. Services were held in the Chapel of West Cobb Funeral Home with Lee Delbridge officiating. Interment was at Georgia Memorial Park.

Mrs. Farmer was a homemaker and a member of New Genesis Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband,Captain David Farmer.

Mrs. Farmer is survived by her children Michael David Farmer of Marietta and Tressie (Tim) Sword of Douglasville; brother Donald Brazelton; grandchildren Christopher Durham, Eric Durham, Ian Farmer and Michaela Farmer; and great grandchildren Kayla and Ellese Durham.
