Born July 10, 1949, in Oakland, he was the son of the late Edward L. and Lillie E. (Miller) Moon. He was also preceded in death by his wife Donna J. (Rubin) Moon, on Jan. 1.
He Worked as a truck driver for the Paul Dove Trucking Company, Oakland.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Moon and Patricia Ison, both of Mtn. Lake Park; one son, James E. Moon, Loch Lynn; and three grandchildren.
Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home, Oakland. A service was conducted at the Mountain Lake Independent Baptist Church on Sunday, March 26, with the Rev. Dennis Leatherman officiating. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery.
