She was born on February 16th, 1972 in Salt Lake City to Anneliesje Remkes & Michael Whitesides.
She graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1990 and went on to earn a bachelors degree from the University of Phoenix.
She worked in financial aid at many colleges throughout Salt Lake City.
She enjoyed cuddling with her cat Milo, reading, and hanging out with her friends.
She is survived by her mother Anneliesje and her brother Sean.
Nicole had a big heart and generous soul and always put others first. Through her work, she touched the lives of many people and took pride in their success.
