Mrs. C. L. Lowry
Funeral services for Mrs. C. L. Lowry, Sr., 86. were held this afternoon at Ramsey Funeral Home. Pembroke.
Officiating was the Rev. Paul Brown, pastor of Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Burial was in Rosedale Cemetery.
Mrs. Lowry died at 11 a.m. yesterday at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Elmer Reid, S. Virginia St. Mrs. Lowry formerly lived in the Edwards Mill section.
Surviving, besides her husband and daughter, are a son, C. L. Lowry, Jr., of the city; two sisters. Mrs. Elfie Pugh, of the city, and Mrs. Carrie Kerr, Auburn; a brother, J. C. Paine, Nashville; two granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.
