James E. Revas, 63, died of a massive coronary on February 21, 1990 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born April 23, 1926 in Price, Utah to Thomas E. and Cleora Edwards Revas.

He married Georgia Petrogeorge on October 23, 1949. She died on November 12, 1986. He married Karma Albrecht on May 8, 1987.

He worked for Granite School District until his retirement as a cement, tile and rock mason. Examples of his craft can be seen in many city areas. He spent his early life in Price, Utah, he then moved to Salt Lake City where he has lived since. He served in the Navy during WW II. He enjoyed serving others and worked as a volunteer at Western Institute of Neuropsychiatry. Member of the Sunday School presidency of the Ivins LDS Ward.

He is survived by his wife, Karma; daughters, Mrs. Craig (Paulette) Stagg; Mrs. Marty (Kristine) Springer; step daughters, Mrs. David (Teri) Mills; Mrs. Terry (Peggy) Ingersoll; six grandchildren, Ellie, Billie, Andrea, Alexa, Joshua, and Elise; brothers, Lucas and Bill Revas; sisters, Georgia Nagy, Mrs. Merle; Mrs. Merle (Christine) Smock; and Mrs. Bob (Catherine) Mabie.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 1990 in the Ivins Ward Chapel, 1860 South 300 East. Friends may call on Friday from 6-8 p.m. at MacKay Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, and one hour prior to the services at the Ivins Ward Chapel.
Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery.
