"Mrs. Solfermoser was born Dec. 31, 1893, at Madison, where she spent her girlhood. She was married April 2, 1912, to Fred Alstadt at Madison, and to them four sons and one daughter were born. The family moved in 1914 to Norfolk, which since had been her home. She was baptized and became a member of the First Methodist church April 27, 1924, and was an active Sunday school worker for a number of years. She was married May 6, 1946, to Barney Solfermoser.
Surviving are her husband; four sons, Lloyd, Clyde and Donald Alstadt, all of Omaha, and Harold Alstadt, Norfolk; daughter, Mrs. Fred Nielsen, Norfolk; her mother, Mrs. Carrie Breen, Norfolk; one sister, Mrs. Fred Leu, Yakima, Wash., and five grandchildren."
