Fought in the Revolutionary War. Husband to Katherine Cooper (1748-1790), Katherine and John were married on Feb. 2 1766 in Dudley,Mass. They had five children :


1. Mary Warren (1771 in MA - 1810 in MA). Mary married Asa Clemans/Clemmons on Oct. 4 1789 in Dudley,Mass.

2. Anna Warren (1777 in MA - 1815 in MA). Anna married Calvin Chamberlain on Jan. 12 1794 in Dudley,Mass.

3. Joel Warren ( 1779 in MA - Death information currently unknown.)

4.Judith 'Juda' Warren (1781 in MA - 1838 in NY). Judith married Paul Gleason on Feb. 16 1802 in Dudley,Mass.

5. Elizabeth Warren (1785 in MA - 1856 in MI). Elizabeth married George Pearson on Oct. 5 1805 in Prince William,Virginia.


John Warren was the son of Jacob Warren (1719-1813) and Elizabeth Cooper (1719-1785). Burial is currently unknown for Jacob and Elizabeth, however they both died in Worcester county, Massachusetts so they are more than likely buried somewhere in that vicinity.
