He was born July 28, 1937 in Ludwig, AR to the late Arnold and Anna Collier King.
He was a retired production manager for Dixie Cup. He loved hunting and fishing, and attended the Current Church in Van Buren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James King.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn of the home; two sons, David King and wife Connie of Van Buren, and Stephen King and wife Lethia of Van Buren; a brother, Arnold Eugene King of Fort Smith; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Coil Cemetery near Winslow, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren.
Pallbearers will be Daniel King, Heath King, Randy King, Kevin King, Tony King, Jeff Cazzell, Adam Sosa, Bart Clemmons, and Johnny Hardcastle.
