Elsie Oliver, age 92, of Salt Lake City, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 16, 2002 in Salt Lake City, UT.
Elsie was born November 20, 1910 in Salt Lake City, UT to Oluf and Hilda Evansen Carlsen. On May 04, 1931, she married O. Edwin "Ted" Oliver, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Elsie was involved with her husband in the family shoe business in Utah and California.
Survivors include her son, Ted (Linda) Oliver, Jr. of Lake San Marcos, CA, brother, Clifford (Helen) Carlsen, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, her parents, five brothers and two sisters.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Salt Lake City CareSource Hospice or the Humane Society of Utah.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Larkin Sunset Gardens, 10600 South 1700 East. Funeral Directors: The Holbrook Mortuary.
