Welch, Mr. Louis, a resident of Tuskegee, AL. Died Tuesday, October 8, 2013 in Tuskegee, AL. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 14, 2013 at 11 a.m. from Butler Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church with Rev. Primus Brown officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery with The Peoples Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at The Peoples Funeral Home Chapel; and a family hour from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church (Chappie James Drive). Survivors include: 7 children, Louis Jr., Janet, Charles, Dorothy, Gary (Connie), Tanya and Heather (Antonio); 19 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and many friends.
