Mrs. Nancy Ann Ashby Counts,
widely-known Jackson County
resident, died yesterday at her
home, RFD 4 Sissonville Rd.. at
at the age of 102 years.
Mrs. Counts, according to relanlives,
was born in March 1854.
She had lived in Kanawha County
the past three years.
Mrs. Counts was a member of
the White Oak Advent Christian
Church.
Surviving are two daughters
Mrs. Missouri Hammons and Mrs.
Sarah Parsons, both of RFD 4,
charleston; two stepsons, Albert
Counts of charleston and Columbus
Counts of Virginia; 10 Geandchildren
and 18 great-grandchildren.
Service will be at 11 a. m.
tomorrow in Goshen Church, Jackson
County, Burial will be in Nancy Ann
Counts Cemetery near Kentuck.
The body is at Cunningham
mortuary.
