The funeral of Zeb Edison Ball, 58, Pineville, will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Robertson-Foglesong Funeral Home, Pineville, with the Rev. Raymond Rowe, in charge. Burial will be in the Ball Cemetery, Athens. He died at 3 p.m. Thursday at his home following an apparent heart attack. Born July 10, 1915, at Princeton, he was a son of Mrs. Julia Caldwell Ball of Pineville and the late Zed C. Ball. He was a retired coal miner, was a veteran of World War II and had lived in Pineville for the past 30 years.
Other survivors include one son, Terry of Panorama City, Calif.; three brothers, Braxton of Pineville, Banner of Titusville, Fla., and Keith of Jacksonville, Fla.; five sisters, Miss Dymple Ball, Mrs. Twilla Wilkeson and Mrs. Lucille Worrell, all of Pineville, Mrs. Lake Bittikoffer of Troy, Ohio, and Mrs. Dorothy Clingpeal of Roanoke, Va., and two grandchildren. The body will remain at the funeral home where friends may call from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. (RNS)
