Arthur C. Gray, 83, a resident of 737 Robinson St., died at his residences Monday at 2:15 p.m. after an extended illness. Surviving are two sons, Forrest L. Gray of Clanton, Ozias Gray of Birmingham; three daughters Mrs. Clinty Wall of High Point, N.C., Mrs. Hattie Boone of Dover, Deleware, and Mrs. Mattie B. Abrams of Montgomery; one brother Sam Gray of Clanton; one sister, Mrs. Mattie Middlebrooks of Moundville; 33 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. Services to be announced by Leak-Memory Chapel.
