Virginia W. Kelley, 93, formerly of Halifax, PA passed away, Friday, August 28, 2015 at the Susquehanna Manor, Millersburg, PA. Born September 6, 1921 in Rough and Ready, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jordan and Mary Jane (Campbell) Snyder. She was the wife of the late William L. Kelley, Sr.
Virginia worked in the Muskin's Shoe Factory, Millersburg for more than 20 years. She enjoyed going out to eat and love spending time with her family. She was a member of Millersburg Assembly of God, Millersburg where she was a past Sunday School Teacher and participated in the Women's Ministry.
Virginia is survived by two daughters, Doris Wise and her husband Chester and Linda M. Kochenour and her husband George all of Halifax; a stepdaughter, Jackie Reigle of Davenport, FL; a stepson, William L. Kelley, Jr. of Marysville, PA; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by one son, Larry J. Helt, and several brothers and sisters.
The funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the Millersburg Assembly of God, Millersburg. The Rev. Norman Lawrence will officiate. Burial will be in Ender's Cemetery, Enders, PA.
The visitation will be 10:00- 11:00 AM, Tuesday at the church.
