My Great Aunt, Lela (Reetz) Davis ( my grandma's oldest sister) has passed away couple of nights ago. She is now free and back with her sweetheart, Andy.( Arvid) Also, with her family up in the Heaven- enjoy catch up on the news with them. She had a dementia/alemhizer's ((msp)) for bit over past ten years. She was 96 years old. She was loved by all of her nephews and nieces , plus great nephews and nieces. She had a big heart for children and everybody.
When I see her, she will smile right away and say a big hello , then give a hug.
She was a avid photograph taker, involved in several of the organizations, worked in Hospital kitchen- prepping the meals for patients, visitors, doctors, and nurses, was big part of the Milford Road runner group, loved to camping, loved to set up the family reunions every year, and she was a big animal lover, especially the dogs and horses.

Her funeral arrangement will be in Hoopestion, IL on Tuesday of September 1. Visitation at 10 am and burial will be following the service that day.
