Bloomington- Belinda L. Robinson, 60, of Bloomington passed away at 2:45 a.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at her home in Bloomington.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Eastview Christian Church in Normal with Pastor Jim Probst officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from noon-2 p.m. also at the church.
Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Bloomington. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society in Belinda's name. The family of Belinda has entrusted Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington to handle her arrangements.
Belinda was born on September 12, 1954 in Plum City, WI a daughter to Boyd and Betty (Golden) Hanson. She married Bruce Robinson on November 29, 1985 in Redwing, MN, he survives.
In addition to her husband Bruce, Belinda is survived by a daughter, Erin Robinson and a son, John Robinson both of Bloomington; two brothers, Brian (Annie) Hanson of Richfield, MN and Barry (Cindy) Hanson of Rosemount, MN; along with one sister, Beverly Hanson of Rochester, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Belinda graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a degree in music education and was an accomplished concert violinist. She was a motivated entrepreneur. Belinda was a member of Eastview Christian Church in Normal.
She enjoyed sewing and was an avid quilter.
Belinda was deeply loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
