Cecile Lightfoot Weathers, 106, formerly of Canyon died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, in Sherman.

Graveside services will beat 10 a.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements are by Holley Funeral Home of Canyon.

Mrs. Weathers was born Sept. 21, 1908, in Haskell to Elbert Ward and Lizzie Viola Easterling Lightfoot. She married Merle Weathers on July 28, 1928, in Floydada.

Survivors include a daughter, Nelda Allen of Sherman, and a granddaughter.
