Bobbie H. French, of Petal, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015 at her home in Sunrise Community, at the age of 92. A mass of Christian burial will be Monday, August 31, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church followed by burial in Highland Cemetery.
Mrs. French was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hattiesburg. She enjoyed faith, family and friends. She was retired from Wesley Medical Center. Her kindness and wittiness will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. French; one son, James R. French; one grandson, Brian Hollingsworth; three sisters and one brother.
She is survived by one son, Patrick (Libby) French of Petal; one daughter, Robin (David) Hollingsworth of Petal; two granddaughters, Jill Mabry of Madison and Ashley (Kyle) Napier of Hattiesburg; and four great grandchildren, Anna Mabry, Ella Mabry, Emma Mabry and Austin Napier.
