Our loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, and Friend, Jay Dee Bingham, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. Tuesday, August 25, 2015, after a lengthy battle with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), Parkinson’s disease, and lung cancer.

He was born in Ogden, Utah on June 24, 1954 to Eugene and Faye Bingham.

He lived in West Point, Utah most of his life.

On July 18, 1974, he married his high school sweetheart, Sue Arlene Strong in
West Point. They celebrated 41 years this year. They enjoyed fishing and boating at Flaming Gorge, many trips to Yellowstone and Tetons as well as the high Uintahs. He graduated from Clearfield High school in 1973. He retired in 2009 from Ashland Chemical Company. Most of his work life involved construction.

He was a loving man, devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was a jack of all trades and so talented in many things. He loved hunting and fishing with his nephews, grandchildren and family. He was an avid Utah JAZZ and Green Bay Packer fan. He loved his dog Max, and Max will miss him.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Bingham: daughters, Audree Wildrick and Jalee Bingham; his five grandchildren, Trevor Van Fleet, Bryan, Briene, LaLa and Boone; his brothers, Ron (Shirley) Bingham, Wes (Cindy) Bingham, and Darrel (Sandra) Bingham; and four sisters, Neta (Robert Hamblin), Colleen Postel, LaNett (Rocky) Draper, and June (Ed) Bingham, as well as the many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Faye Bingham; and a sister, Connie.
