David was born in Detroit, Michigan, to the late Marshall and LaDonna Moak. He is survived by a daughter . . . .
David proudly served his country as a Private in the United States Marine Corp from 1967-1970 during the Vietnam War. David was a member of the Bowling Green VFW Post 1148, a life member of the VFW Post 1760 in Mesa, Arizona, a member of the Bowling Green Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2180, a lifetime member of the AMVETS Ohio Post 744, and a member of the American Legion in Mesa, Arizona.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, February 3, 2014 from 3:00 PM ? - 7:00 PM with a Prayer Service led by Father Mark Davis at 5:00 PM in the Bowling Green VFW Post 1148, 719 S. Main Street, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402. Interment will be held at a later date in the Great Lakes National Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted with the DECK-HANNEMAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1460 W. Wooster Street/P.O. Box 648, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402, Tele: 419-352-2171.
Memorial Contributions in David's honor may be given to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
