HERMAN BARTON WILEY
Herman Barton Wiley, 82, passed away yesterday in the Westmoreland Memorial Hospital in Greensburg.
the deceased resided in Cokeville Heights, Blairsville RD3.
He was born June 25, 1881 in Westmoreland Co, a son of J Martin and Rebecca Akers Wiley.
Mr Wiley was a retired employe of Torrance State Hospital and a member of the Hillside Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs Bell McConnell Wiley and one son, James of Black Lick; and several grandchildren; one step-daughter, Mrs Clyde (Laura) Dunn of Latrobe; three brothers, Scott of Caldwell, Idaho, Harry of Black Lick, and Elrod of Alliance, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home in Blairsville from Sunday noon until Tuesday noon. Services will be conducted at the Hillside Methodist Church at 2pm.
Rev George A Marks will officiate and interment will follow in the Blairsville Cemetery.
