A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 1995, in Montavilla Baptist Church in Portland.
Mr. Powell died April 12 of injuries suffered in an airplane crash in the Washington Cascades. He was 29.
He was born March 29, 1966, in Portland. He was involved in computer consulting.
He married Patti Lowe Nov. 7, 1986.
In addition to his wife, surviving are his son, Scott M., and daughter, Erica, both of Kirkland, Wash.; parents, Gerald Powell and Ginger and Dick Emra, all of Portland; brothers, Gene and Ian, both of Portland; stepbrothers, Bill Emra of Blue Springs, Mo., and John Emra of Oregon City; and stepsister, Vickie Lindgren of Vancouver, Wash.; and grandmothers, Ruth of Portland, Dorothy Kirrie of Beaverton and Minnie Emra of Salem.
