Graveside services for George W. Presley, 77, of Painesville, will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Riverside Cemetery, Riverside Drive, Painesville.
Mr. Presley died Feb. 21, 2002, at Altercare Nursing Home in Mentor.
Born May 10, 1925, in Painesville, he was a lifetime resident there.
He was a 1942 graduate of Harvey High School, was a member of the United Methodist Church of Painesville and he served in the US Navy during World War II.
Mr. Presley was employed as an electrician at the former Ohio Rubber in Willoughby for 44 years.
Survivors are his son, Ronald W. (Juanita) Presley of Painesville; daughter, Lauri (Ron) Biddell of Painesville; sister, Bettie Johnson of Painesville; and grandchildren, Victor and Jerrod Presley.
His wife, Alice, died in 1980.
The Rev. Gerald D. Kalb of the United Methodist Church of Painesville will officiate at services.
