A. G. Biederstadt of Beloit Summoned at 67
Beloit, Wis., Jan. 10. - Abner G. Biederstadt, 67, who had been employed at Fairbanks, Morse and company for 45 years before he retired two years ago, died Saturday night in his home at 810 Harrison avenue.
Funeral services will be conducted here Tuesday at 3 p.m. in the Rosman-Uehling-Kinzer mortuary by the Rev. W. O. Johnson, pastor of St. Paul's' Episcopal church. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary tonight from 7 to 9 p.m.
A native of Illinois, Mr. Biederstadt was born in DeKalb county at Maple Park on Jan. 3, 1882, and was married to Emma Crawford on Nov. 29, 1909 at Morrison Ill.
They came to Beloit 45 years ago and Mr. Biederstadt was employed by Fairbanks, Morse and company since then until he retired in May, 1947. He was a member of the firm's Quarter Century club and Morning Star lodge No. 10 of Masons.
