Tammy Mae Bush, 50, a resident of Old Fort, passed away Monday morning in a local hospital. She was the daughter of the late Ellis Julius Bush and Beatrice Beard Messer. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Bruce Messer, sister, Tina Self and her grandparents, French and Gladys Beard.
She is survived by: her sister, Linda Herron of Benton; nieces and nephews, Lacy and Derek Green, Shelley Herron, Amanda Crabtree, Beth Herron, Meecha Self, Tucker Self, Tanner Self all of Cleveland; great-nieces, Destiny Crabtree and Emerson Green; brother-in-law, Fred Self of Cleveland; step-father, Jimmy Gladen of Old Fort. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 7PM on Tuesday at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel with Reverend Guinn Green officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 11AM on Wednesday at Boanerges Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 until the time of the service at 7PM at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel who is in charge of the arrangements.
