Frank Adam Bender was born June 12, 1926 and passed away Aug 21, 2015. He was born in St. Anthony N.D.. He was the 12th of 17 children to Valentine and Rosa Bender. Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years, Tillie Bender and their son Ronald Bender. Survived by daughter Diane Carter (Jon) and Rick Bender (Sharon), grandchildren Sean Bender, Traci Latrell, and Scott Bender, and 4 great grandchildren. Rosary to be held Sept. 2, 5:00 to 7:00 PM and Funeral Services Sept. 3, at 10:00 AM at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA.
