Mr. Robinson was employed at the Clifton manufacturing company as Chief machinist, and had lived in Waco TX for 20 years.
He was the father of First Lieutenant James E. Robinson JR. who was killed in action in Germany in 1945 and therefore was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously for service during WWII.
Survivors: his widow of 2614 N. 17th Waco TX; daughters, Mrs. J.A. Harrison and Mrs. B.W. Graham both of Waco TX; brother, Tom Robinson of Summerworth N.H.; sister, Mrs. Minnie Crawford of Summerworth N.H.; and two grandchildren. Waco Times Herald 12-24-1950
