Linda grew up and graduated from high school in Illinois. After graduation, she was married to Dewey Blocker on June 15, 1969. Linda and Dewey moved to Missouri for a short time before moving to Ft. Cobb in 1975. In 1979, Linda and her family moved to Erick to make their home. Linda enjoyed knitting, crocheting, fishing, swimming, listening to music, the Chicago Cubs, going to concerts and spending time with her family. She was also a member of Texola Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sons, Dewey Curtis and Ricky Don.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Tonya Tidmore & husband, Scott and Kim Blocker and special friend, Chasity Johnson, all of Erick, OK; 8 grandchildren, Amber Croteau & husband, Billy, Sadie Steward & Bill Akins, Ricky Owen, Michael and Alyssa Tidmore, Zues, Jolina, and Lahoma, DeBose; 4 great grandchildren, Kimmy, Macie, Taylor Rae, and Abbie Kay; 3 sisters, Nancy Hall, Helen Johnson & husband, Bruce and Gladys Ann Hall & husband, Jerry; 2 brothers, Larry Hargis, and Elbia Hargis & wife, Joyce and a host of other relatives and friends.
