He was retired from General Electric, a Marine veteran of the Korean War and member of Zoneton Masonic Lodge #964 and Boaz Masonic Home Lodge #850.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Anne; children, Carl, Ricky, Ken, Patty and Stacey; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sisters, Gencie, Jeanette and Ruby.
His funeral is noon Tuesday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road with private burial. Visitation is noon-8 p.m. Monday and includes a Masonic service at 7 p.m.
