Survivors include his wife, Tammy Carver Baggett of the home; daughter, Courtney Baggett of Williamston; son Corey Baggett of Williamston; parents, Rev. J. N. Baggett and Bertie Hardison Baggett of Windsor; sisters, Bertie Yates of Nairobi, Kenya, Juanita Killingsworth of Sharpsburg, GA, Patricia Baggett of Windsor, Thelma Godley of Washington; brothers, Jimmy Baggett of Pinetown, William Baggett of Greenville, Roy Baggett of Williamston; grandchild, Thorin Baggett.
