Bruce Lee Cox, 60, of Greensburg passed away at Methodist Hospital on Aug. 21, 2015. He was born on June 4, 1955, the son of Willard and Mildred Cox.

Bruce was a 1973 graduate of North Decatur High school. On Aug. 21, 1976 at the Lighthouse Tabernacle in Metamora, Bruce married Julie Bowman. He worked as a truck driver. He attended the Clarksburg Covenant Church and enjoyed hunting, trapping, and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Julie Cox; son, Bruce E. Cox; sister-in-laws, Jeannie Cox, Kathy Cox, and Linda (Tim) Cline; brother-in-law, Robert (Jill) Bowman; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Willadene Drever, Kenneth Cox and Harlan Cox.

A gathering for family and friends will take place on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015 at 10 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. at the Clarksburg Covenant Church, Rev. Dave Stidel will be officiating. Memorials can be made to the family.
