Nick Lee, 21, of Pineville, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on February 18, 2011. He is the beloved son of Cindy and Todd Lee of Pineville.
Nick was a graduate of Charlotte Catholic High School in 2007 and was currently enrolled at CPCC. He has been a full-time assistant manager almost two years with Regal Cinemas. His family, friends, and co-workers have described Nick as a truly caring person with a genuine smile and always put the needs of others before himself. His hobbies included playing guitar, camping and hiking, and driving his Jeep. He was a deep thinker beyond his years. He is loved by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters and brother, Alyssa, Anna, and Daniel Lee, grandparents Dave and Betty Foppiano and Robert and Mary Lee, aunts and uncles Scott Foppiano, Patsy and Tommy Griffin, Sherry and Mark Roberts, girlfriend Angelica Merg, and cousins Ben and Eliza Roberts and Shawn Rowland, and numerous friends.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23 at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Charlotte. Internment will follow the service in the church columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Nick's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and ACE Haiti at University of Notre Dame.
