Beloit, Wis., Jan. 15.--MRS. SARAH BABBITT, aged seventy-six years, widow of the late CLINTON BABBITT, who represented the First district in congress twenty years ago, and was for years secretary of the Wisconsin Agricultural society, died this morning after a week's illness of paralysis.
