He was a boilermaker that worked all over the country. He liked to hunt and fish and also enjoyed gambling. Above all, he enjoyed his time spent with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Brianne (Dave) Cohoon; Ashley (Mike) Cohoon; grandchildren, Michael, William, Annalynne, Steel and David Jr; sister in law, Patti Cohoon of Lum, MI; sisters, Pat (James) McDole of Sacramento, CA; Linda (Butch) Weber of Bluffton, SC; Kathy (Louie) Crawford of Hillman, MI; Lydia Smith of Hillman, MI; Rhonda (John) Ardelean of Owosso, MI; Rosella Kosler of Vanderbilt, MI; brothers, Mitch Cohoon of Fairview, MI; and Kevin Cohoon of Hillman; MI. Funeral services for Mr. Cohoon will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, September 7, 2012 at Bannan Funeral Home, Hillman, MI. Visitation will take place on Thursday, September 6, 2012 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM.
