Patsy was born on March 28, 1943, to Grady and Geneva Atlee (Romines) Walters, at Wapanucka, OK. She passed away on August 21, 2015 at Coalgate, OK. She attended and graduated from Wapanucka High School. Patsy was a Restaurant Manager for many years, she retired in April 2012. dedicated herself to raising her kids & enjoyed loving her grandkids and great grandkids, she enjoyed decorating cakes, taking long drives & white sandy beaches. She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Larry Yother.
