McEnerney, pioneer of early San Francisco, died at her home, 585 Eldorado Ave., Oakland, yesterday after a brief illness. She was 88 year of age. Born in Boston in 1842, Mrs. McEnerney was brought to San Francisco by way of the Isthmus of Nicaragua in 1850. The family lived in a cottage at Post street and Grant avenue. After her marriage in 1860 in Old St. Mary's cathedral, Mrs. McEnerney lived on a ranch in Solano county. She is survived by two sons, Leo J. and Phillip R. McEnerney, both San Francisco attorneys, and three daughters, Miss J. McEnerney, Mrs. Evelyn Lynn and Mrs. Adelaide Vaughn. Funeral services will be held from the family home in Oakland at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. After services in St. Leo's Church in Piedmont, interment will take place in St. Vincent's Cemetery in Vallejo.
