Herrera, Pablo "Paul," 83, a lifelong resident of Tampa, passed away October 21, 2011. He was predeceased by his parents, Pablo and Rosa Herrera ; and brothers, Raphael Herrera and Mario Alfonso. He is survived by his wife, Carmela; niece, Carol and Bert Rodriguez, his caregivers; a brother-in-law, Pastor Danilo Gutierrez (Frances); dearest friends, Joseph Castellano, Ernesto Perez and Urbano Diaz; cousin, Hilda Hernandez; and a stepson, Ernest Moreno Jr. (Jo). Paul retired from the Tampa Water Department and was a proud U.S. Army veteran. The visitation will take place 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, at the funeral home. Interment will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, at Sunset Memory Gardens, 111005 U.S. Highway 301 N., Thonotosassa, FL 33592. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at the cemetery. The family extends many thanks to the Staff at Bayshore Pointe Nursing and Rehab, Hospice Melech House, Sally and the Burgundy Team.
