Aaron Cole Deitrich, 26, of 490 S. Goodspring Road, Hegins, passed away Sunday at home surrounded by family.
Born in Sunbury, Dec. 16, 1988, he was a son of John R. and Sheila L. Kahler Deitrich.
He was a 2010 graduate of the Tri-Valley School District, attending Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29, Mar Lin.
He was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Hegins.
He enjoyed looking at car books, playing with key chains, painting and coloring, going out to eat and visiting Pappy and Tee.
Through his 26 years, Aaron made the most of every opportunity presented to him, overcame challenges and had a bright outlook on life.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, John and Alverta Deitrich, and two aunts, Rose and Sharon Deitrich.
He is survived by his parents, John and Shelia; maternal grandparents, Willard and Joyce Kahler, Dornsife; aunts and uncles, Deb Eisenhart and her husband John, Ty Kahler and his wife, Krista, Carol Kukuk and her husband, Jack, Patty Deitrich and Harvey Deitrich; three cousins.
Services was held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., Valley View, with the Rev. Curtis Zemencik and the Rev. Warren Egebo officiating. Interment was in Friedens Cemetery, Hegins. Condolences can be left for the family at www.buffingtonreed.com.
