AURORA, W.Va. — Betty Ellen Fint , 64, of Aurora, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015, at her home.
She was born Dec. 4, 1950, in Oakland, a daughter of the late Ray Arnold and Eva Marie Shillingburg Fint . She was also preceded in death by one brother, Ellis Ervin Fint .
Survivors include three brothers, Donald (Mary) Fint , Saltville, Va., George (Sadie) Fint and Tom (Jenny) Fint both of Aurora; two sisters, Ruth (Wayne) Wotring, Aurora, Jean (Jerry) Feltman, Huntington Beach, Cali.; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Ms. Fint first worked as a legal secretary at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., then for attorney Jack Turney in Oakland, then for Bridgeview Coal Co., and last for Uniontown, Pa., Court House before retiring.
She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed her faithful cat and dog. She was a Protestant by faith.
At the request of the deceased, her remains were cremated.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at Maple Grove Assembly of God Church, Eglon, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Shaun Roberts officiating.
Interment of cremains will be in Aurora Cemetery.
