MRS. GORDON STERLING
Mrs. Mary T. Sterling, 87, of the Asbury section, died last Thursday in the Tawes Nursing Home after a long illness. Her husband, Gordon Sterling, died in 1960.
Born in Crisfield, Mrs. Sterling was a daughter of the late George and Hester Byrd Tyler. Her only sons, Grant and Richard Sterling of Crisfield, died some time ago. Mrs. Sterling was a member of the Weslyan Church.
Surviving are four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were handled by Bradshaw and Son Funeral Home.
