Curtis "Red" Elliott 92, died Friday, August 14, 2015, at an Abilene nursing home. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2015, at Hawley Cemetery, directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home.
Born September 1, 1922, in Breckenridge, Curtis was a son of the late Milton Maurice and Lola (Russell) Elliott. He married Dorothy April 5, 1945 in Abilene. Curtis worked for Total Petro Chemicals for many years and was a Baptist.
Curtis was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one brother and one sister.
Survivors include two sons, William R. Elliott of Anson and James M. Elliott of Abilene; a grandson, James R. Elliott of Anson; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 10 great great-grandchildren.
Family visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2015, at Adams-Graham Funeral Home, 732 Ave. I in Anson.
