Anne Ludlow Hathaway, a longtime resident of Port Huron, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in Farmington, Connecticut. Anne, the daughter of the late Dr. Loy A. Weston and Kate Stewart Weston, was born on November 3, 1925 in Port Huron. She was the beloved wife of the late George Hathaway. Mrs. Hathaway was a lifetime member of the Port Huron Hospital Auxiliary and a dedicated volunteer of the hospital. She was a former Port Huron Town Hall Board Member and a member of the Lambda Rho Tau Charity League. She also enjoyed her activities in the Port Huron Garden Club. She was a devoted member of Grace Episcopal Church in Port Huron and served on the Altar Guild and was a member of the Port Huron Golf Club. After living briefly in Illinois, Anne returned to Port Huron and pursued a successful Real Estate career for over two decades. Most importantly, she spent her life generously pouring out her love, wisdom, wit, and sense of fun on her family and friends.

Anne will be enormously missed by her daughters, Susan Ludlow Rimdzius (Tom) and Barbara Ludlow Taussig (John) and by her son-in-law, John Griffith. Anne was the loving grandmother of Laura Laguna (J.J.), Julie Rimdzius, David Rimdzius (Stephanie), Gregory Taussig, Matthew Taussig, and David Griffith. She was great-grandmother of Eric, Zachary, and Brandon Laguna, Jacob Rimdzius, Benjamin and Adam Rimdzius, and Matthew and Kate Griffith. Anne also leaves behind a niece, Pamela Todd Fox (John), and two nephews, David McMorran (Therese) and Henry "Jock" Gordon MacMorran (Robin). In addition to her parents and husband, Anne was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Deborah Ludlow Griffith; sisters, Jean McMorran and Barbara Moore; brother, Loy Stewart Weston; granddaughter, Amy Griffith; and nephew, Hugh McMorran.

The celebration of Anne's life will be held on August 10, 2015 at Grace Episcopal Church in Port Huron in the Goulden Chapel at 11:30 a.m. followed by a reception at the Port Huron Golf Club.
