Margaret Leedy married Martin Christian Grow, ii 1814 at Morrison's Cove, Bedford Co., PA. They migrated by Conestoga with their new family and made their home place on Sec. 26, Jefferson Twp., Richland County, Ohio in about 1818. Together they were the parents of 10 children who lived to maturity. Their children in order of birth were: Catharine Elizabeth b 1815, Barbara b 1817, Elizabeth "Betsy" b 1818, Susannah b 1819, Mary b 1821, Nancy b 1823, Daniel b 1827, Margaret "Peggy" b 1828, Jacob b 1832 and Martin Christian Grow, iii b 1834. Most of their children left Ohio between 1840 to 1850 and settled to various locations in northeastern Indiana. Margaret was very likely buried in the Ridenour Cemetery, Knox Co., OH, but any headstone that once marked her or her husband's resting spot has long since vanished.
