--Mary Celeste Bearss, widow of the late Omar D. Bearss, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Crume, 16 Logan street, Ridgeview, late last evening, following a long illness from a complication of diseases. Mrs. Bearss was 75 years and six months of age at the time of her demise.
--She is survived by one son, Edwin C. Bearss, of Hardin, Mont., and one daughter, Mrs. John Crume, with whom the deceased has made her home for some years.
--She is a sister of the late Sister Mary Ambrose, who for a number of years was sister superior at St. Mary's of the Woods, Terre Haute.
--Funeral services will be conducted from the St. Charles Catholic church Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock and burial will be in the Bearss cemetery by the side of her late husband.
