REECE JOHNSON was born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma, along with his 7 brothers, one sister, and one 'adopted' brother. He was in the U.S. Navy and was in both World War II and the Korean Conflict. He worked for many years at the Sun Oil Refinery. He was a Mason in the Duncan Lodge. He was an avid fisherman and loved to fish, hunt, and just be outside. He also raised pigeons and was a member of several pigeon clubs.
He left his adoring wife, Edda, his son, Mickey Reece Johnson of Ft. Worth, Texas, his daughter, Annette Winstead of Arlington, Texas, and one granddaughter, Crystal Johnson, of Mississippi, three grandsons, Kenneth Edward Winstead, Anthony Scott Winstead, and Jeremiah Johnson, along with many long-time friends.
