Ronald Maston Blakely was born on January 13, 1928 in Glendale, California, the son of Ronald Blakely and Zoe "Amelia" (Golden) Blakely (1899-1992).
He served his country in the US Marine Corp, was a World War II veteran and served three duties in Vietnam. He was a member of John B Garrett Lodge and the Al Menah Shriners fraternal organization.
Ronald was married to Mickey Lucine Blakley (1929-2007).
A resident of Erin, Tennessee, he was 87 years old when he passed away on August 19, 2015 at Signature Healthcare in Erin.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and by his son Robert W Blakely, while survivors included two daughters and a son-in-law, a married son, five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life Service was held at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home, and burial was in Ben Brown Cemetery with full Military Honors.
