Dwight Wayne "Fuddy" Taylor was born December 4, 1952 in Yorktown, Texas. He was born to Cecil Clifton and Hazel Virginia Dorn Taylor. Dwight graduated from Carthage High School in 1971 and attended Panola College. He married Lora Jane Luman on September 27, 1975 in Carthage and they celebrated nearly 40 years together. Dwight worked as a Paramedic, worked for the Carthage Police Department, and the Panola County Sheriff's Office. He later received his Registered Nurse's license from Tyler Junior College. Dwight was a member of the Carthage United Pentecostal Church and enjoyed camping, playing the bass, and singing. He loved life and loved making others laugh. Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his parents.
