MRS. SUSAN E. SP1CER
Mrs: Susan Ethel Spicer, 73, of 312 Cecelia Street, died yesterday in Memorial Hospital. She had been in failing health for some time. A daughter of the late Edward H. and Mary Ann (Fahey) Shields, Mrs. Spicer was born at Little Orleans. She was the wife of the late William J. Spicer Sr. Mrs. Spicer was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, the Sodality of the parish, the Senior Citizens. and the Fourth District Democratic Women's Club. Surviving are two sons, William J. Spicer Jr. city, and Charles L. Spicer, Detroit, Mich.; three daughters, Mrs. Rita I. Huff, with whom she resided; Mrs. Leah J. Schramm and Mrs. Mary M. Turner, both of Cumberland; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where friends will be received today, from 7 until 9 p. m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and from 7 until 9 p.m. Requiem mass will be celebrated Friday at 9 a.m. at St. Mary's Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The rosary will be recited at the funeral home tomorrow at 8:30 p.m.
